Ingredients:
Organic Cocoa Powder.Suggested Use:
Hot Cocoa:Combine 2 teaspoons of NOW® Organic Cocoa Powder, 2 teaspoons of unprocessed sugar, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup organic milk, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
Place sugar, cocoa, and water into a saucepan on medium heat.
-Allow for mixture to reach a soft boil.
-Add milk and heat for an additional 3 minutes.
-Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla.
-Serve warm and enjoy!

2nd Purchase of this powder--GREAT PRICE!!
This product is so potent that when I made hot cocoa the first time I used it I measured 2 heaping teaspoons full. It was way too strong and could not be made sweet. Now I only use less than a spoonful and it is delicious and really RICH. The size pictured should last a year with normal use. I mix it into cake mix for a rich chocolate taste or just use it with coffee for a Moca effect. Even with cake I would suggest only a few teaspoons to the whole mix. I bought this product due in part to the other reviews here on Piping Rock and due to the fact that I had a lot of vanilla flavored protein shakes and was just tired of them. This product is AWESOME!! No sugar needed in my shake and it changes it up dramatically! I'll be back!
