Since I've started using the liquid biotin my hair and nails have been so much healthier. Well most liquid biotin bottles are only 1 fluid ounce but cost $17, and thats outrageous. I was so happy when I found this product not only is it 2 fluid ounces but it cost 5 or 6 dollars too. And another thing I like about this product is the natural berry flavor.
